I have no idea why I should compare a truck with a car but I'll tell you the suspension on the 1-Ton Chevy ambulance chassis that we have has been a constant source of problems. We don't go four wheeling in the thing, although it doesn't get driven fast a lot. Of course it doesn't have the engine reliability problems that our Ford has. -Ron
