I notice that your return address was AT&T, Holmdel.  Did this
happen in the parking lot there or in Holmdel/Lincroft area?

  that funny Velcro strip signals an Escort below.  Hidden or not the
  velcro strip is now almost a trademark of C.M.

Hopefully some day one of the thieves will be caught by an irate
car owner and suitably tortured and mutilated.

In the meantime, how about putting a map or box of tissues or some
other common automotive clutter on top of the Velcro strips?  Thus,
one can continue to use them and human slime will not be able to
see them.
