I am planning on getting myself current again after a 4 year layoff. A new
family arrival put an abrupt halt to my flying. I have always rented and
decided that it would not hurt to insure myself to avoid lossing my shirt in
the event of an unforseen fender-bender (or wheel pants bender).

Can anyone in net land recomend price verses coverage of different insurance
companies. I only know of Avemco, but I have not found a phone number yet. (I
have to dig in my mess of info at home.)

I'm also interested in some kind of life-insurance. This is to satisfy the
wife. My present coverage exempts flight all together. (She is sure I'll crash 
and burn and leave her penny-less.) Please send mail. If anyone else on the net
is interested, I'll pass the info along.
