We are considering doing so, however there are some ominous messages in the README and CHANGES files. "It should not be hard to get it running on BTL system III, IV, and V. On such systems, put "#define SYSIII" in uucp.h and pray." "#define for SYSIII added. The idea is to have code that runs on SYSIII etc. as well as v7, 32V, 4.1bsd, etc. However it has never been tested and surely won't work." Would you share your experiences/problems with us?
