I am toying with the idea of getting a Land Cruiser wagon.  Before I
begin researching too deeply, can anyone give me some info or opinions
on these beasties?

Maintenance/repair costs and frequency, gas mileage in 2WD and 4WD, and 
good/bad factory options to/not to invest in would be information I'm most 
interested in, but don't let that inhibit any other comments.

What is a good deal on a LC?  What do dealers usually ask in most
places around the country?
