It didn't work. To find out why, we monitored an outgoing call. The computer dialed. The telephone rang. An operator answered and said, "What number y'all callin' from?" Obviously, auto-dialing was right out. For anarchy it's hard to beat 1600 local telephone companies. Network? What network?
