Summary: Racal-Vadic 212PA

The Racal-Vadic 212PA does a pretty good job of
detecting call progress. On the whole, it correctly identifies
"NO ANSWER", "DIAL TONE", "RINGING", "BUSY" and "VOICE".
And if it doesn't get a dial tone for the call, it will let
you know too.
