Actually, Gary, we did do most of this by mail, and, though the issue
itself does have general interest, the opinions I posted must stand on
their own merit, if any. (I speak for myself, not Jerry).

One wonders why you didn't choose to use e-mail for your "Cease" request.
Just curious, you know.
