What is your source?  Is it the "It is well-known that..." source?  Or
maybe Jesse Jackson?  Or maybe your own personal figures, eh?  I don't know
about YOUR source, but MY source (namely Congress, i.e. the 1985 Budget in
Brief) says that social security has been increasing at 10% a year or so.
