Perhaps, the eternal optimist says, those three were good examples of netiquitte, and not posted where they could clutter a fine (????) discussion of music. NAAAAAHHHHHH! I have a sneaking suspicion that the next time I read net.music, I will be greeted by those three oh too familiar flames. Worse yet, I'll probably read them again in net.unix.wizards or something. Should I have misjudged this situation, my apologies go out to those people who were both competent enough and conscientious enough to restrict their postings.
