This episode dealt with a white Air Force colonel and black enlisted man, who were captured by the North Vietnamese. The show dealt with alot of civil rights and human rights types of issues, which I think are good types of issues to put on TV. Now why dosen't this show sell? I think there are 2 reasons. First, the conservative types who want to see blood-and-guts type war shows don't want human rights problems amplified and certainly don't want to watch them on TV. Second, the bleeding-hearts don't want to have to watch an imperialist war show to get to see human rights issues. Now, who's left to watch the show? Apparently no one. -- Kenton Lee Bell Labs - WB ihnp4!wbscc!kfl or ihnp4!hoxna!kfl
