That's ridiculous!  If we all send the time to Brian and he summarizes
for the net there will be an unavoidable delay while he waits for all
the responses to accumulate.  As a result the times will be hopelessly
out of synchronization!

Instead, everybody should call him with the time!  But in order to avoid
synchronization delays everyone should call at the same time ...
How about if we all call at 14:00 (EST) on Friday, Feb. 22nd?
But wait!  We still need to synchronize our watches...  Okay, get ready...
On my signal set your watches (I'm dialing the time number just to be
extra accurate) to 17:00 (Monday, 2/18) ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ...
... ... ... ... ... ... ... MARK!
