Are you serious?  The real problems are  trying  to  have  2.10.1  and
2.10.2   work   together   since  some  fundemental  things  are  done
differently (correctly in 2.20.2). *This* is the  only  headache  many
administrators  have  had.  There's no way to force people to upgrade.
Those that have I am sure have had few problems.
