Subject: Packet radio and emergency communications

Patti Winter, N6BIS, will be writing a major article for QST on the topic
of the use of packet radio in emergency communications, and she is seeking
information from anyone who has had experience in this area.

If you have written an article on this subject or done emergency planning
which incorporates the use of packet radio technology, please contact
Patti at the address below or send her a copy of your article.

She would like to meet/interview anyone with such experience at the 
ARRL Networking conference in San Francisco at the end of March.
