I can usually handle most of the cheap, disgusting, tasteless
trash I have to wade through to find a pearl of humor every few
months or so,  but one genre of trash I cannot tolerate is
ETHIOPIAN jokes.  There is absolutely nothing funny about
fellow human beings starving to death through no fault of their own.

If you must submit such tripe PLEASE label it with "Off. to Ethiopia"
or "Ethiopian Joke", etc.

Perhaps a better solution would be a $100 fine 100% transferable
to donations for the cause..
