Sicherman] Picking any pimple, regardless if it belongs to a baby or adult, is dangerous because you can introduce infection into the open wound. I picked one on my chin once when I was in High School. That sucker developed an infection you wouldn't believe! I was sicker than a dog for about a week, and I had to have minor surgery to drain the infection.
