Our configuration here is about 9 vaxes an ibm 4341 and a couple of ibm
pc's all scattered around the building, which are on the local net.  We
also have a research net ( Crystal project ) with about 25 vaxes, which 
we are converting over to an 80MB token ring that proteon has 
designed for us.

We have been running ProNET for almost two years.  In the early
days we did have our problems, lots of errors, boards would quit working.
We were kept fairly busy tracking down problems and isolating bad boards.
We rewired all of the machines to use cables that we bought from Proteon
and after several ECO's the boards seem reliable.  We have been running 
for about 6 months with out any major problems.
