If the UUCP domain gateway knows how to reach the site, all is well. If the gateway does not, it is simply promising to assume responsibility for the message according to the rules of RFC822 (unless it is a different RFC) message delivery. In all honesty, there are probably other Unasked Questions floating around. The preceeding paragraph may, in all cases, be used as an answer to those questions.
