This can be done with "dd", for example: % dd if=/dev/floppy of=foo bs=128 count=2002 # read CP/M disk into file "foo" % dd of=/dev/floppy if=foo bs=128 count=2002 # write CP/M disk from file "foo" Berkeley supplies a program called "cpm" that allows you to manipulate a CP/M diskette image file.
