Thanks to all those that sent me the startup screen maker.

If I ever get all my poop in one pile, I will send out a
"Startup" kit that has all the public-domain tools and some
docs that tell how to use them (as well as how to orchestrate
their use).  Don't go and hold your breath or anything...
