Just tried it.  I think it was aimed at my three-year-old kid.  A recorded
voice said something like "5-4-3-2-1-2-3-4-5-4-3-2-1-test out",
and then I got a dial tone.

They should pay ME for this garbage.  Take the line down/off-hook/whatever
if the message isn't tested, and get your act together.
Great test marketing.  They had better improve FAST.
