Since the AT's 80286 is not rated for any speed above 6Mhz. It is purely
by luck that some 80286's run at higher clock speeds. I was told that as
of 2 months ago Intel had never yet sold a 80286 over 6Mhz. It will be
unlikely that IBM will upgrade the clock crystal unless it upgrades the
80286 in the machine.
