It did contain Starrs interrupt driver, because it worked well, and happen to be posted when I was writing my emulator. The fact that Bill sent it to C86 was a total supprise to me, and I was not notified (or ask) about it. I am not in the process of stealing someone elses code, or taking credit for it!!, and I have written Starr a message explaining all.
