the "Pink Panther" was the diamond that David Niven's character was after,
but i don't remember his name.  the james bond spoof was called
Casino Royale and the cast included Woody Allen, among others.  there
were cameo appearances by literally hundreds of famous faces and names.
the plot, of course, was totally implausible and had all the action you 
could want.
