This is in response to an article entitled "Re: Albinoni's Adagio in G",
which stated that this piece was used in Rollerball.  I seem to have
missed the article to which this was a reply.  At any rate, I recall
Albinoni's Adagio in G minor being used in the movie Galipoli, which
is a Peter Weir film about an Australian athlete (Mel Gibson, methinks) who
gets caught up in war and ends up at the battle of Galipoli.  The movie
was like the music- very good but paced rather slow, not a usual
characteristic (being slow, that is) of Peter Weir films.
