	When will 2.10.3 (or 2.11) be released? Is it wiser to hold off
installing the new version of vnews until then? At usenix I believe it
was mentioned that the beta distribution would be in early Feb. Is this
still true? I have users anxiously looking forward to the new version
of vnews, but I don't want to install it if I am going to have to rip it
back out shortly.
