           Count my vote for a net.tv.pbs.  I think that would probably
be the most efficient way to cover many bases.  Net.tv.bbc wasn't a BAD
idea, after all, such shows as Monty Python, Fawlty Towers, The Prisoner
(made entirely in Britain by Britishers although shown on American TV)
and one of my favorites, The Fall and Rise of Reginald Perrin, would have    
fit in nicely, but net.tv.pbs is just as good and will ensure even more
activity.
