They are the !Kung people. The ! stands for a click sound that they make as a speech sound. They are discussed in the book *Anger* by Carol Tavris. She says that they are totally cooperative and brings them up because they have special ways of dealing with anger. I read that the bushman that was the star was recruited from the desert and he had to be taught to use a knife. He just was a natural actor. A group that has some similiarities to the !Kung are the BaMbuti. They are mentioned in *Anger* too. *The Forest People* by Collin Turnbull is about the BaMbuti. They live in the forests in Zaire and they are also highly cooperative. The end of the earth? Probably the sea coast of South-West Africa. -- scc!steiny Don Steiny - Personetics @ (408) 425-0382 ihnp4!pesnta -\ 109 Torrey Pine Terr. ucbvax!twg --> scc!steiny Santa Cruz, Calif. 95060 fortune!idsvax -/
