It was never intended that BITS people "check in" on net.nlang.india.
The checking in should be done by sending mail to
	{seismo, hplabs, decvax}!utah-cs!bits-request
Note: This is the preferred contact on uucp for people who cannot easily
switch to arpa/csnets.
