I the Dreamer 2/18/85

I the dreamer, live now in reality
My dreams slip into waking hours
And I find myself caught between two worlds
Each pull upon my heart a threat to life

Yet what life have I created for myself?
Two worlds, each containing many pleasures and pains
When one is to difficult I slip to the other
Strange way to live, to exist

I am content in two worlds
Knowing one could destroy the other
I need this place to hide and heal
Since life is but a road to walk

To the Dark Side 2/18/85

To the dark side I moved that day
	long ago, in a time best forgotten
On a road used but for one direction
	a one way trip to no where
A river of tears shed for me
	by my own self pity
I pushed away those who could help
	I wanted, no needed to die
Upon entering this unreleasing place
	A touch fell on my spirit
My eyes opened to what I faced
	And I was helped to return, to life
