Why don't we create a net.politics.nukes?  Although discussion is at a low
point at the moment, the subject is usually a favorite, quite popular, and
more or less separate from other political discussions.

Note:  If you agree with me on this point, please lobby for the creation of
this news group by mail to the net gods (those who post to net.announce,
net.announce.newusers, net.news.map, etc.).
