Not proven.  Evolution has got us where we are today.  Not everyone would
agree to that as a demonstration that evolution works (at least, that it
works well, which is what I think Cliff means).  It may not be working
at all for very much longer.

Perhaps the analogy is a good warning against trying libertarianism
on a large scale.
