A friend, Betty Hansen, and I counted over l00 between Cortaro (north- west of Tucson) and Picacho Lake in December, mostly Red-tailes, with some Ferruginous, American Rough-legged, and No. Harriers. At Picacho there were 8-9 Harris' Hawks.
