	Since I don't see any responses for your message I'll say what I
can.

	There is no question that Olympus makes good, innovative cameras.
However, for 450, I believe you can get most of that stuff new in NYC
(not including the bag and filters).  On the other hand, photographic
equipment definitely doesn't depreciate quickly, so it may not be a bad 
used buy either.

If I'm not mistaken, Olympus makes a full program version of the OM2 now
for about the same price as the OM2N.
