Message-ID: <1125@hcrvx1.UUCP> Date: Mon, 18-Feb-85 23:09:40 EST Article-I.D.: hcrvx1.1125 Posted: Mon Feb 18 23:09:40 1985 Date-Received: Tue, 19-Feb-85 02:11:54 EST Organization: Human Computing Resources Corp Lines: 23 A friend is offering to sell me the following: Olympus OM2N body, Olympus (Zuiko, I think) 28mm f2.8 lens, Olympus 100mm f2.8 lens, Olympus T32 Flash, Assorted Skylight filters, camera bag, etc, for 600 dollars Canadian (about 430 dollars US). I have never used an OM2N, but I have used an OM1 quite a lot. I like it, and from what I have heard about the OM2N I will like it as well. Can anyone tell me if this is a good deal? Any caveats? The equipment is in excellent condition. Any comments on Olympus reliability and performance? I always thought their equipment was thought highly of. Is the new technology in cameras (like the new Canon) really worth it?
