Lines: 44 Here is a topic that has become VERY important to my group of friends. We have talked and laughed (but mostly brought back a bad taste in our mouths) about our previous FALSE FRIENDS. You know, someone whom you have trusted either briefly or long-term, who out of the blue, decides to flip you out! We all have had these experiences and here is one I remember the most: My girlfriend and I helped out a mutual friend of ours, she was recovering from a bad case of debt. One of us drove her to work and the other picked her up, since she didn't have a car. We took her out with us and 50% of the time paid for her. All three of us were unseparable; we truly felt sorry for her and never mentioned her situation, we were really concerned about helping her out, till....... One July Saturday my friend and I decided to go to a reservation not too far from home < we had asked our friend but she said she was going to clean her apartment>. MUCH to our surprise, who do we see at the reservation but MISS POVERTY in a brand new camaro with sticker still on the window and a car-full of new-found friends! My friend and I tried to tell each other, "maybe she won the car or maybe its her brothers car or maybe she was going to surprise us", when we got out of my car and went over to her, we got such a cold shoulder as "Leave Me Be", we never got a phone call from her and she ignored all of our attempts to go out. It has been several years now, and my other friend and I have lost contact but I still wonder WHY! Donna !whuxi!dmf
