She thinks it's pretty funny, and it seems to convey the relationship well to most everyone. I really don't know how she refers to me (when speaking to others -- when speaking to me I'm simply her fuzzy misfit). Every time she introduces me to someone else, it's simply: Kathy: "This is Gene." Person: "Oh really? I've heard so much about you!"
