A lot of my male friends are Engineers, and they make the same complaint that you're making. Several of them have taken Ballroom Dance, which is a great way to meet women. Even better- it gives you an excuse to ask them out, since you'll both want to go dancing outside of class. (At Wisconsin, the Phy Ed department offers two Ballroom classes, and there are also some non-credit courses available. You should be able to find some at any University, I think.) If you're feeling a little more daring, try ballet, or modern dance, or jazz dance. These classes are full of women, but there have been a few men in every dance class I've taken. (You may have to get used to wearing a leotard, some of my male friends were a little uncomfortable about this at first!)
