Some years ago I sayed at the TRAVELODGE in Honolulu.  It ws very nice
and not as expensive as the Hilton, across the street.  You got to use
the Hilton beach and bar so were not left without the usual amenities.

Most attrctions, (like the Cultural Center), will send a vehicle for
you.  Othrwise we got around in cabs and busses quite well.
