Has anyone found a fix to the FIN_WAIT_2 bug in the 4.2BSD network code?
Symptoms are that TCP connections with TOPS-20 systems occassionally hang
in FIN_WAIT_2 state and the connection never closes.  Apparently this bug
has been around for a while....
