		       Project Postmortems

     I'm going to conduct a  "postmortem"  of  a  (software)
     project my	group is completing.

     It	will be	instructive to analyze:

	- what we did right

	- what we did wrong

	- the adequacy of resources available to the project
	  participants

	- unforeseen factors which had an impact


     Has anyone	else done this?	 What questions	were  asked?
     If	 the results were documented, where can	I get a	copy
     of	the associated paper?
