It was deposited on okstate, accessible thru uucp, if you have BELL 103J. This makes it inaccessible to european sites. Okstate promised to put it all into net.sources, but so far no sign of the thing. Please, Okstate, did you post it at all? If so, something went wrong, obviously. Please repost, or mail to me.
