I find that it is necessary to turn over the maintenance of the Arpanet
railroad mailing list to some other volunteer.  The task involves responding to
requests sent to railroad-request for addition and deletion from the mailing
list.  I will be unable to maintain it after the middle of this month.

If anyone is interested in taking this job on, please let me know.
