If there was no senate, all those boys would have nothing to sate their desire
for power and decesion making, except of course Petro-Can, Air Canada and
various other Crown corporations. Maybe that's why the Tories changed the 
Guard in the Crown corps. Can't put them in the senate, so ya gotta give them
some form of power(Air-Canada???). Richard Doyle is an exception; he's a Tory
newspaper man. They just want to show him the real world before he jumps into
an ambassordorship or something.
