I run a 750 with two eagles on an Emulex SC-750 controller & it is as close to bullet-proof as you can hope for. FYI- the tape drive is a ciper 920 w/Emulex TC-11 controller on the UNIBUS. { it works fast enough for our uses } Let me know what you end up doing..... GOOD LUCK !
