If FM is lousy, TV should be too for the same reasons. If TV is ok, it would pay to seek out the reason for it. One possibility: you are on a cable system from a good antenna. the mgmnt may have nulled out the local FM station on the cable because of overload and intermodulation problems. If you have a cable system in your building, it would behoove you to talk with the purveyors of same about including decent FM along with the TV.
