I'm planning a trip to Euorpe this summer and would like like to combine
my need for a new car with the strong exchange rate.  Does any one know
the real story of how to purchase a car in Europe and import AND register
it in the US?  Do I have any additional problems with California emmisions
standards? 

Any real life experiences in this matter would be greatly
appreciated.
