I bought a single joystick for my nephew's IBM PC and he has been quite pleased with it. The one joystick for pitch and roll seems to be all that's really needed. Running the throttle from the keyboard doesn't seem to be that much of a drawback...he doesn't seem to need it very often, even in the WWI "action" mode.
