If you are obliquely referring to the crash landing of the Air Canada Boeing 757, the plane had the sensors, which are sold by Honeywell. They were not working correctly, and have been redesigned by Honeywell. On that particular flight, they were recognized as being inoperable, and a manual fuel measuring was undertaken. Bernard H.
