Does anyone out there own the Cunningham Powercam or Suntour Rollercam
brakes?  Currently they are only used on mountain bikes.  I'm considering
replacing the rear cantilever brake on my touring bike with one of these
because the cantilever arms interfere with pannier placement.

Specific questions:

1. What do the Suntour Rollercams cost?
2. Will they fit on a road frame?
3. Do they stop as well as cantilevers?
